MORNINGTON PENINSULA WOMENS SUPPORT NETWORK!
Each week on a Tuesday morning from 10-12pm at the Langwarrin Community Centre starting June 4, 2019.
We will be running a womens group covering many topics around womens health and wellness,
as well as everyday issues women deal with and cope with.
If you need to find women to connect with, or you are interested in health and wellness, you will find there will be something here for everyone.
My name is Kimberley and I am a Life Coach. My background is in NLP and i am also a REIKI Master and practice hands on healing.
Recently my focus has been in health and wellness. From Intermittent fasting to breath work, general wellness, and many other helpful techniques for myself and those around me, supporting us through our everyday issues.
I have made many connections over the past few years on my own self discovery and I'd like to share my knowledge and contacts with you. Some of the things that I have come across, I didn't know existed 10 years ago. There will be healthy cooking days and lots of yummy treats to sample with a cuppa.
My aim is to empower women to feel better in their own mind and their own skin. To help them to feel empowered and connected more in their lives.
So if you could do with some more empowerment or to connect with people on a deeper level, come spend some time with us on a Tuesday morning.
This is an affordable way to find support and get real tools to help you with your life issues - Ticket via facebook below $10.00
*Note: Not running during school holidays.*
