EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND CARE COURSE

 Ever thought about a career in childcare?

 

This is a bridging course preparing for Chertificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.  It is designed to support learners to gain vocationally contextualised foundation skills through practical and applied learning activities.

 

Modules include:

.   What is Early Childhood Education

.   Health and hygiene

.   Accident and emergencies

.   Learning through play and routine

.   Cultural awaremenss

.   Communication with children

.   Communication with families and colleagues

  • Duration: 6 sessions (Wednesdays)
  • Time:      9:15 am – 3:00 pm 
  • Cost:       $80.00 ($70.00 concession) plus $10.00 Administration Fee

 READING AND WRITING

This course is for people with an intellectual disability to assist them with reading & writing techniques.

This one-day-a-week program empowers all individuals with disabilities to build their confidence and grow as a leader, to make a real impact in their communities and their lives.
