Peninsula Youth Connections is a free Youth Outreach Service that works with a variety of young people, from those at risk of disengaging from school through to those who are severely disengaged from education, family and community.  The program works to assist young people with building resilience, developing personal skills and improving their wellbeing.
 

Young people are eligible for the program if they are:

• At risk of not completing year 12 or equivalent and at risk of not making a successful transition through school to further education. training or work.
• An Australian Citizen, permanent
  resident or on a humanitarian visa.
• Aged between 13-19 years of age.
• Living in Frankston or the Mornington Peninsula Regions.
